CentOS8でVPN(L2TP/IPsec)サーバの設定（strongswan使用）

CentOS8でのVPN(L2TP/IPsec)サーバの構築方法です。
CentOS7については、次の記事の方をご覧ください。

CentOS8でも、上記記事の内容に従って設定していきます。
(CentOS6/7の場合に分かれている箇所は、CentOS7の記述の方)
ただし、2点、CentOS8では次のように実行してください。

１．
/etc/ppp/options.xl2tpd の
crtscts
lock
の２つの行は無いので、コメントアウト不要です。

２．
systemctl enable xl2tpd
systemctl enable strongswan
systemctl restart strongswan
systemctl restart xl2tpd

の代わりに、

systemctl disable strongswan
systemctl enable strongswan-starter
systemctl enable xl2tpd

systemctl stop strongswan
systemctl start strongswan-starter
systemctl restart xl2tpd

を実行してください。
